VARIOUS POSITION AT Advance Interconnect Technologies

Advanced Interconnect Technologies is one of the world’s leading independent contract manufactures in integrated Circuit Assembly and Test (Leaded and Array Packages). We are inviting dynamic individuals (both fresh graduates and experienced) to join our operation in Batam for the following capacities:

1. TEST ENGINEER (TE-04)

Responsible for new product transfer and start up using ATE tester. Implement test programs and test
hardware improvements to enhance product sort and final test yield and product PPM. Perform electrical failure analysis to resolve test/product issues.

* Graduates from S1 Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering or Instrumentations.

2. QA ENGINEER ( QA-04)

Responsible for customer spesification review and coordinating customer visits/audits and follow up. Ensure adherence to spresificatons in productions processes. Investigate product failures. Perform reability analysis.

* Graduates from S1 Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemestry, Physics or Physics Engineering

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS-04)

Responsible for coordinating Customer needs. To respond completely to customer requests and other related issus. To interface with Sales Group on Customer’s related issues.

* Graduates with S1 degree, possesing strong English communication skills, both oral & written.

4. PACKAGE DEV. ENGINEER (PD-04)

Perfom and supervise new package and process development, perfom analysis and recommend actions.

* Graduates from S1 Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material, Physics, and Physics Engineering.

5. SYSTEM ANALYST (SA-04)

Responsible for development, implementation, maintenance and support application software which covered Business Planning, Supply Management & Logistic, Finance & Human Resources, Manufacturing & Shop Floor, Quality Systems

* Graduates from D3/S1 Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mathematics. For D3 graduates, minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
* Familiar with VB Programming, SQL database will be an advantage.

6. EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (EE-04)

Responsible for preventive maintenance, monitor machine down time and to implement corrective actions. To diagnose and repair faulty equipment. To carry out improvements, automation anf to train and oversee technicians.

* Graduates from S1 Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

7. SPC ENGINEER (SPC - 04)

To ensure SPC implementation for all the processes and review Cpk monthly to achieve company goal. Provide SPC training, reponsibile for all plans and activities in SPC implementation program, perfom regular audit on all SPC implementation programs and contral charts provide assistance in the correct use of SPC tools

* Graduates from S1 preferably majoring in Statistics or Mathematics

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

* Graduates from Reputable University with minimum GPA 2.95
* Maximum age 28 years old
* Have a good Analytical Thingking.
* Fluent in English both oral & written.
* High self motivated, team work player and able to work under pressure.
* Willing to be stationed in Batam.
