Accounting Officer (AC)

A foreign investman Edible Oil Refinary in Kabil, Batam in inviting high achieving selt motivated candidates who are passionate about their work posses drive to excel, with right qualifications and experiences to assume the position of : 1. Accounting Officer (AC)
• Assist in maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable management and financial reports necessary for business operations
• Experience in accounting environment preferably manufacturing
• Able to prepare Management and Financial reports
• Able to prepare and supervisor the preparation of GL, AR, AP and Cost control report
• Preferably familiar with MYOB Software
2. HR & GAL Supervisor
• Coordinate and execute Human Resource, General Affair and legal plans
• To support the continuous learning and developing environment, in order to assure sustainable continouos improvement of overall business perfomance
• Have experience in Competency Based Human Resource Management
• Detailed knowledge of employement law
• Ability to contibute to overall develoment of the company at a strategis level
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or law
3. IT-System & Technical Support Officer
• Provide technical support to the company telecommunication, terminal, products configuration and infastructure according to busniessneeds and service level re quirements
• Having solid knowledge & experience in IT infastructure (Window Server, Net working Firewall)
• Familiar with LAN Microsoft Windows Operating System, VMS, Unix, DOS & Other Microsoft Application
• Posses basic knowledge in coding
General Qualifications :
1. Male / Female, max. 35 years old
2. Holding bachelor degree preferably in related field from reputable university
3. Professionallly qualified in the same industrial and should minimum posses 3 years practical experience at the same level and at the same field
4. Highly motivated team player and self starter, able to work under presure and meet deadlines with minimum supervisor
5. Demonstrate positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communciation skills (written and spoken) both in English
6. Has good knowledge and skill in MS-Office application especially microsft excel
