* 5 years experience in same position in the field of food & beverage industry with proven good track records in related fields

* Understanding of Health Cuisine is a benefit

* Good menu knowledge, understanding cost control

* Good knowledge about Hygiene and Sanitation

* Honest and hardworking individual

* Have strong leadership and good administration skill, able to work as a team

* Flexible, self motivated and able to work under pressure
