Job Summary :
The incumbent will monitor & follow up all complaints, supervise the operation of information desk & safe deposit counter, provide the customer service report on monthly basis and also the ideas to reduce the customer complaint and create internal in-store promotion program.

* Min D3 degree, preferably S1 degree in any major
