Job Description :
Responsibilities:
• Overall Head of Finance in the Group´s investments in Indonesia.
• Report to the Group CFO.
• Provide the Group and local Management with strategic advice on all financial issues.
• Ensure compliance with international and local statutory requirements and financial reporting standards, including standard operations policies and procedures.
• Timely and accurate reporting, comprehensive analysis and reporting on management accounting information as well as consolidation of management accounts and tax planning.
• Overall management and review on operations and financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial plans, budget forecast cashflow and internal controls.
• Lead corporate finance function in listing and restructuring.
• Financial staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.

Requirements:
• Bachelor´s Degree or Master´s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy /Banking or related professional qualification, including ICAEW/ACCA / CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related fields of which 3 years at senior management level with strong exposure in finance.
• Preferably senior management/general manager/CEO/ VP/directors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): accounting finance, indonesian tax, cost accounting, treasury, investment advice, capital loan, bank matters, financial statement.
• Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills with firm, decisive and mature personality.
• Highly committed to meet professional standards under tight deadlines.
• High integrity, self-motivated, performance driven and able to work independently.
• Candidates who can commence work within short notice would have added advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Audit exposure and experience in Big 4 audit firms will be advantageous.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
