Lowongan Kerja Job Vacancy : Business Development Head / Analyst

Our client is one of the biggest national conglomerations in Indonesia needs 4 (four) people to be:

1 Business Development Head (Agribusiness)
1 Business Development Head (Mining)
1 Business Development Analyst (Agribusiness)
1 Business Development Analyst (Mining)

Requirements:
•S-1 in any discipline from reputable universities (GPA>2.5), majoring in Finance or Accounting an advantage, MBA is a further advantage
•Experience in investment bank (as research analyst or corporate finance), management consulting or the big five accounting firm is a plus
•Familiarity with and/or experience in finance and/or accounting is a preferred
•Experience in sugar industry (or other agribusiness) or coal mining (or other mining business) is a plus but not necessary
•More than 5 years (BDH) or 2 years (BA) experience is a must, more than 7 (BDH) or 4 years (BA) yrs is preferred
•Proficiency in English is definite
•Must be highly motivated, proactive, a self-starter and have a strong leadership capability
•Must be a good team player with good interpersonal skills and pleasant attitude
•Must have good business sense and able to do cost-benefit analysis and business financial valuation (e.g., Discounted Cash Flow, etc)
•Must be very good with excel spreadsheet
•Willing to travel
