VARIOUS POSITION AT PT.BANK COMMONWEALTH

Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position for its expanding banking operation

BUSINESS ANALYST OPERATIONS (BAO)

Key Responsibilities:

* Documentation of operational process flows and policies/procedure
* Assist with project management and reporting for the operations work stream

* Design business requirements and functional specifications as required

* Develop operational training materials

* Coordinate effort with other work stream leaders to ensure a coordinated approach

Required Qualifications and Skills:

The candidate should have worked at a reputable bank or financial institution and have management exposure for at least 3 years. Operations experience is preferable. The candidate should also posses the following qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Have deep knowledge and understanding on end-to-end process in retail banking operations

* Have experience in developing policies & procedures for banking operations

* Project management experience and result focus are essential

* Able to work independently under strict deadlines and handle various projects/assignment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and spoken English

* Proactive, self-motivated and a team player. Should be able to work closely with other related divisions within the Bank

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and spoken English

PERSONAL INVESTMENT ASSISTANT (PINVA)

Key Responsibilities :


* Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Having experience at least 1 (one) year in banking industry as a Marketing (Fresh graduate is welcome)

* Highly motivated, disciplined and mobile

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* PC literate and have good negotiation skills

* Proficiency in written and spoken English

* Posses a wide network

* Preferably have own vehicle

* Will be placed at Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Pekanbaru and Balikpapan

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (SIAO)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Having experience at least 5 (five) years as a auditor in the banking industry or external audit firm with banking exposure

* Provide and maintains standard audit documentation

* CIA/CISA certificate holder is advantageous

* Demonstrate high service attitude with good judgment and problem solving skills

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Able to work well under tight deadline

* Able to work with other department and posses a good teamwork quality

* PC literate, high integrity, and posses strong analytical skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English

IT Development & Support (ITDS)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Having experience at least 5 (five) years in software development area

* Having experience in JAVA, VB/ASP, NET, PHP and relational database technology

* Having experience in Windows, UNIX/Linux operating system

* Strong understanding and experience in following IT application development life cycle

* Strong programming, problem solving and analytical skill

* Fast learner, eager to understand existing/new applications

* Self starter and highly motivated person

* Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills with a great teamwork spirit

* Able to work under tight deadline

* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
