Customer Service Supervisor
Job Specification :
* Lead and initiate to improve customer service processes and
performance through internal and external industry best practices, the focus is to enhance external customer satisfaction and improve transactional efficiency.
* Provide total solution for customer objection.
* Implement customer relationship program to enhance external customer relationship and service satisfaction.
Minimum Qualification :
* Minimum Bachelor degree, from any discipline.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service with 2 (two) years in Supervisory position in banking or telecommunication industry.
* Strong team player/self motivated, able to work and deliver in high pressure environment
