REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

We invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to provide HR support to managers and staffs, to fill the following position for:
Human Resources Coordinators (Code: HRC)

Purpose of the role:
The HR Coordinator will be an integral part of PT INCO HROD
Team, which currently consists of Training and OD practitioners based in Soroako, South Sulawesi. The incumbent will work with the Line Management and Line Supervision in managing their HR related functions with the objective of creating a highly motivated and competent workforce within applicable guidelines and policy and framework.

Requirements:

* University degree (Business and Economic, Social Science, Engineering, Education, and Psychology).
* Minimum 3 years working experience in any level of role that has dealt with change management, quality assurance and process improvement.
* (Preferable if possess hands on experience in performance management, organization development, or dealing with HR issues in heavy industries).
* Demonstrate track record in conducting improvement initiatives, able to design people development programs.
* Take a proactive role in bringing about change, challenge the status quo, critical thinking, and analytical abilities to support decision making.
* Experience in working and building effective relationships in international and multicultural corporate environment, encourage others to be creative, to behave consistently with the desired culture.
* Demonstrate ability to operate at the high level and share knowledge across organizational boundaries.
* Excellent consulting, coaching, problem solving and dealing with ambiguity skills.
* Proven team player, willing to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Able to create trusting working relationships-partnerships within and across departments.
* Thinking outside the box, understands business needs, and provide alternative insights on business issues and produce and implement creative solutions and strong results orientation.
