Human Resource Officer
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and provide regular report on Human Resource related activities on a timely basis.
* Responsible for recruitment, contract and termination, employee relation, performance management, fringe and benefits program, payroll process, etc.
* Hand on in handling the confidentiality of restricted information for corporate & either employees.
Requirements :
* Female / Male with minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) holder majoring Psychology from reputable universities.
* 27 – early 30’s old years with adequate experience at least 5 years in HR field
* Able to demonstrate kind of psychology tools
* Computer proficient in MS office application
* Hord Worker, Discipline, Self Motivated, Highly Iinitiative, and Self-driven in a paced changing environment.
