Requirement :

* Min S1, majoring in Technology Information, Information Telecommunication, Marketing & Business Administration, Electrical Technology or S2 from reputable University

* Experience Min 5 years in Call Center Business , or banking Operation or IT ( Telecommunication )

* Strong managerial & Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making, Organization & Communication, Customer Relationship,

* Fast Learning, Positive Thinking, Open Minded, Cooperative and good interpersonal skill

* Fluent in English written and oral

* Having Knowledge in Contract Center Business or Banking Operational or IT ( Telecommunication )

* Compiling analysis of eligibility investment of new project of contact center.

* Making strategy marketing and method product develop contact center

* Compiling program of promotion of product and pillar of contact center

* Planning budget of departement of marketing and product development of contact center.

* Guaranting project contact center developed on schedule and on schedule by statement of request from customer / Term of Reference ( TOR )

* compiling analysis of elegibility invesment of new project [of] contact center.
