Call Center Supervisors

Major Job & Responsibility:

* Responsible for day-to-day operation in Call Center
* Responsible for his/her team performance

* Responsible for handling complain and providing solutions to customers

* Responsible for developing his/her team in product knowledge and skills

* Responsible for call monitoring, coaching, briefing and counseling

Requirements:

* Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree from any major

* Have a minimum 3 years experience as a call center agent

* Strong leadership

* Quality orientation

* Good analytical thinking

* Customer oriented

* Persuasive and influence

* Fluent in English (both oral & written)
