TACTICAL BUYER

Brief Description :

Are there any negative accounts that have been paid and are 7yrs old or more? These would be the second group to attack/dispute. Here's a tip. Even accounts 7yrs old that HAVE NOT been paid could come off through a dispute. How? Most companies only keep records for 18-24 months, which is why that time span is so important. An account that old may not be able to be verified, therefore must come off the report. Take notice that just because the account no longer appears on your file, doesn't mean that the debt isn't still owed. It just means your score will benefit from it coming off.

Now, we're not going to lie and say the debt isn't ours. That would be fraud. What you can do is write saying you're not sure about the debt amount listed or/and the late payments associated with the negative accounts. If they can't be verified...they should come off!

Gowa Usulkan 2.873 CPNS

Sungguminasa, Tribun -- Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Gowa mengusulkan 2.873 orang kuota untuk mengisi formasi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) seleksi penerimaan tahun 2007.
Kepala BKD Gowa, Mappagio, mengungkapkan hal tersebut kepada Tribun di Sungguminasa, Rabu (18/4).
Mappagio belum merinci persentase CPNS untuk pelamar umum dan untuk honorer.

"Permintaan BKN belum menggariskan persentase yang dibutuhkan. Kami hanya berharap bisa dipenuhi sekitar 1.000 orang untuk formasi 2007. Jika hal ini terwujud, maka tenaga honorer yang terdaftar di database BKN dapat dituntaskan tahun ini," kata Mappagio.
Usulan tersebut telah disampaikan ke Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara, Taufiq Effendi, dan Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN).
Dari jumlah itu, usulan terbanyak untuk lulusan sekolah menengah atas (SMA) dan sederajat serta diploma satu (D1).
Lulusan SMA sederajat dan D1 yang diusulkan sebanyak 1.036 orang. Untuk lulusan sekolah dasar (SD) diusulkan sebanyak 126 orang dan 182 orang untuk lulusan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP).
Sedangkan lulusan D3 yang diusulkan untuk penerimaan yang direncanakan seleksinya Juli mendatang sebanyak 106 orang. Kemudian lulusan sarjana strata satu (S1) 891 orang dan lulusan S2 sebanyak 48 orang.
Mappagio menambahkan, berdasarkan analisa kebutuhan pegawai di daerah ini, idealnya sebanyak 11.677 orang. Sementara pegawai yang terdaftar baru 7.936 orang.
Sementara untuk penerimaan tahun 2006 terhitung masa terangkat (TMT) tahun 2007 Gowa telah mendapatkan kuota 555 orang.
Namun, 555 CPNS yang seluruhnya diperuntukkan untuk tenaga honorer itu belum menerima nomor induk pegawai (NIP).
"Kita harapkan bulan ini atau bulan depan NIP mereka sudah diberikan sehingga tidak mengganggu penerimaan tahun ini," terangnya.
Dengan tambahan CPNS tahun 2006 TMT 2007, maka pegawai di Gowa menjadi 8.305. Sehingga kebutuhan pegawai di daerah ini masih sekitar 3.372 orang. Kebutuhan terbesar adalah tenaga guru dan tenaga kesehatan.
Dihubungi terpisah, Kepala BKD Bone, Andi Ikbal Amal, sebelumnya mengaku telah mengusulkan 300 formasi untuk pelamar umum pada penerimaan tahun 2007 ini. Prioritas penerimaan pada guru dan kesehatan.
Total formasi yang diusulkan sebanyak 1.000 orang dengan asumsi persentase yang diberikan 70 persen untuk tenaga honorer dan 30 persen dari pelamar umum.
Tunggu Petunjuk
Dari Parepare, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dan Diklat (BKDD), Ramadhan Umasangaji, mengaku belum menerima petunjuk.
Mereka juga belum mengusulkan formasi namun berharap lebih besar dari tahun lalu.
Pada formasi CPNS tahun 2006, Parepare memperoleh kuota 403 orang.
Jumlah ini terdiri atas tenaga pendidik atau guru sebanyak 133 orang, tenaga penyuluh tiga orang, tenaga kesehatan 39 orang, serta tenaga administrasi dan strategis 228 orang.
Kepala Bidang Mutasi dan Pengadaan Pegawai BKD Kota Palopo, Dahri, juga mengaku belum bisa berbuat banyak karena masih penunggu petunjuk pelaksanaan dan petunjuk teknis dari pusat.
Namun, soal kebutuhan, Kota Palopo lebih membutuhkan tenaga administrasi atau tenaga strategis dibanding tenaga kesehatan dan tenaga pendidik. Palopo, katanya, masih daerah baru.
Senada dengan daerah lainnya, Kepala BKD Maros Ibrahim Dahlan mengaku juga masih menunggu instruksi dari pusat. Sedangkan kuota penerimaan CPNS tahun 2006 TMT 2007 yang diperoleh Butta Salewangang sebanyak 781 orang.
Kepala BKD Bulukumba Hartatiah mengaku belum mengetahui rencana kuota untuk daerah ini.
Namun, pada penerimaan mendatang Bulukumba masih akan memprioritaskan penerimaan CPNS tenaga guru.
Sedangkan penerimaan tahun 2006, Butta Panritalopi ini memperoleh kuota 660 orang.
Kuota ini terdiri atas tenaga kesehatan, tenaga guru, dan tenaga teknis administrasi yang seluruhnya untuk tenaga honorer. (wd/ink/rip/ism/mam/ute)

Bone Usulkan 300 CPNS Umum, 700 Honorer; Tenaga Honorer di Gowa Tinggal 690, Kebutuhan Umum Sekitar 2.000 Orang; Makassar, Maros, Palopo, dan Parepare Tunggu Petunjuk Pemerintah Pusat

Makassar, Tribun -- Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Bone dan Kabupaten Gowa mulai menyiapkan usulan kebutuhan calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) untuk seleksi tahun 2007.
Kepala BKD Bone, Andi Ikbal Amal, dan Kepala BKD Gowa, Mappagio, mengungkapkan hal tersebut secara terpisah kepada Tribun di Watampone dan Sungguminasa, Selasa (17/4).

Bone mengusulkan 1000 orang, terdiri atas 300 untuk pelamar umum dan 700 untuk honorer. Sedangkan Gowa mengusulkan sekitar 2.000 formasi.
Formasi tersebut itu akan diprioritaskan untuk penerimaan tenaga guru, tenaga kesehatan, tenaga teknis, dan tenaga administrasi.
Sementara Bagian Kepegawai Kota Makassar, BKD Parepare, Palopo, dan Kabupaten Maros, masih menunggu petunjuk pemerintah pusat.
Sikap serupa disampaikan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Sulsel yang mengaku belum bisa menyusun formasi.
Dalam sebuah acara di Makassar, Senin (16/4), Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), Prapto Hadi, mengungkapkan, formasi CPNS 2007 akan diumumkan akhir Mei mendatang sedangkan seleksi dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli.

Bone
Menurut Ikbal, pihaknya mengusulkan total formasi CPNS tersebut sejak bulan Maret lalu. Usulan tersebut berdasarka kebutuhan mendesak di jajaran pemkab saat ini.
"Kami belum menerima instruksi soal jadwal pendaftaran CPNS 2007. Namun, kami sudah mengusulkan 1.000 formasi CPNS untuk honorer dan umum," katanya.
Namun, angka tersebut masih sebatas usulan sedangkan keputusan kuota tetap di tangan BKN. Dia berharap pemerintah pusat bisa mengabulkan usulan tersebut.

Gowa
Sedangkan Kepala BKD Mappagio mengatakan, pemkab. masih membutuhkan sekitar 2.600 PNS untuk mengisi tempat yang tersebar di seluruh unit kerja maupun sekolah. Kebutuhan itu sudah termasuk tenaga guru, tenaga kesehatan, dan tenaga teknis lainnya.
Kebutuhan itu berdasarkan hasil analisa pegawai yang dilakukan pihaknya yang menyimpulkan Pemkab Gowa memerlukan sekitar 11 ribu pegawai.
Jumlah PNS yang terdaftar saat ini sebanyak 7.867 orang. Jumlah ini belum termasuk 529 CPNS 2005 yang baru saja terangkat.
"Jika jumlah pegawai ditambah dengan CPNS yang baru saja terangkat maka totalnya 8.396 orang. Jadi kita masih tetap kekurangan," katanya. .
Mengenai jumlah tenaga honorer yang tersisa, Mappagio menjelaskan bila kuota penerimaan CPNS 2006 sebanyak 555 orang terisi, maka tersisa 690 orang. Honorer ini hanya yang terdaftar di database BKN.
Rencananya, pemerintah secara nasional akan menerima 100 ribu pegawai dari pelamar umum dan 175 ribu orang dari kalangan honorer.

Tunggu Petunjuk
Sementara Kepala Bagian Kepegawaian Kota Makassar, Sittiara, mengatakan, pihaknya belum mengusulkan kuota 2007 karena pengangkatan CPNS honorer 2006 masih terbengkalai.
Padahal, pemerintah pusat sebelumnya menjanjikan mengangkat mereka per 1 Januari 2007. Dia mengaku, pengusulan kuota bukanlah hal yang sulit.
"Bagi kami, pemerintah pusat harus menuntaskan penerimaan CPNS dari honorer untuk tahun 2006 biar tidak menjadi beban. Kalau ini sudah tuntas baru kita langkah berikutnya," kata Sittiara.
Hal senada juga dikemukanan Kepala Bidang Mutasi dan Pengadaan Pegawai BKD Kota Palopo Dahri,
Kepala BKD Maros Ibrahim Dahlan, dan Kepala BKD Parepare Ramadhan Umasangaji.
Mereka masih menunggu petunjuk teknis dan petunjuk pelaksanaan penerimaan dari pemerintah pusat.
"Saya ke pemprov untuk menanyakan kepastian penerimaan CPNS 2007 tapi mereka juga belum mendapat informasi yang jelas," kata Ramadhan. ditandatangani," tambahnya.
Namun pihaknya siap melaksanakan seleksi penerimaan kapan pun waktu yang ditentukan. Pemkot akan mengusulkan perubahan formasi karena ada pengalihan formasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan.ang.
